    I did wonder about trucking.

    I have was a conversation with a smart friend who feels that hydrogen fuel cells are far more efficient than internal combustion engines so why bother with internal in the first place for any future hydrogen vehicles.

    He may well be right but I guess this article raises 2 further things to consider

    1. The fact that many trucks could be converted to hydrogen with only slight changes to the engine thus allowing the retrofitting to exciting fleets that will otherwise be on our roads for many years to come.

    2. When considering efficiency we also need to look at the energy wasted in charging and discharging the battery as when comparing internal combustion to hydrogen fuel cell. Maybe this is not a biggy but I would like to see the maths on it.

    3. What were they thinking just putting in 20kg tanks in a truck ? I would use more gas in my bbq
