I don’t actually know what you’re saying here. So ASX sets tasks for lots of companies to do and doesn’t relist them? All that says is ASX behaves in an inappropriate manner regularly. Don’t forget the independent experts reports cost $200k to do...it’s not free. A normal person would expect if you complete such directions you can relist. If you don’t believe that you obviously live in the ASX world of zero accountability and absolute power. That’s what’s being challenged in court I guess.
