ASIC compelled VISA to provide it with the correspondence between itself and ISX. Under Australian law it has the right to do this, in fact it is a good thing it did, because it showed the real reasons behind why it terminated its relationship with iSX, and not the company spin. As a shareholder you should be thankful that ASIC uncovered the true reasons and gave you transparency the company was not prepared to provide on its own.
