    a couple of things you forgot - ISX flagged the scammers to the regulators (which we have told you again and again).
    ASX couldn't keep confidentiality of data.
    ASX board members also reside on the board of banks ... aka future competition of ISX not even considering ISX's clearing house intentions.

    there is no balanced approach with ISX potential breaches vs proved breaches of big banks persecution.

    over a year has gone past and nothing has been found worth this suspension. court evidence is only taken from information known prior to 2 October. visa happened after suspension and you can assume that it was primarily because of the actions of ASX, and it had no impact on trading price (haha).

    ASIC (or the proposed new government department) will (or should) take over being a regulator in more cases.
    volatility investigations- NOTHING mentioned in a year.
