    Yeah I have a sneaking suspicion that this was played to get the hands on everything. Interestingly remember the Cayman Island conned note, well I also believe the subsidiary Orbi have used to give the bridge financing is also Cayman based (I'll double check when on puter). Im pretty sure UNS used them previously too!

    Gotta love the Cayman's where money comes easily!
