Rev-The numbers I quoted were those when AS was removed as CEO, mid-Feb, moments after he concluded the Amgen deal which brought in $50 mil on that date. At that time I estimated the Company had another $15 mil on hand, raising the total to $65 mil. The loan amount you refer to includes the $50 mil from Amgen, and had the business been managed properly from that mid Feb date, the $50 mil loan would have converted to equity. I stand by my original posting, put the blame on current management for the Company's current predicament.
