On Plain Site under Patent Assignments there’s Unitract Syringe Pty Ltd and all the syringe/auto injector patents & applications with ROS :

So when UNS signed the original loan agreement back in March 2014 for the $60m they transferred property rights to these patents and also trademarks. What are they going to do now?
