WTF! So TDA, just how is it that we weren't notified at the time...

WTF! So TDA, just how is it that we weren't notified at the time by Unilife or Orbimed that patent rights were being transferred to Orbimed, let alone to a holding company in the Cayman Islands. Surely that would have been a legislative requirement????
I certainly would have had SEVERE 2nd thoughts about continuing my investment with UNS at the time, let alone continuing to invest, if I had that info at the time.
