I keep reading "25 hectolitre" in the articles. That's 2,500 litres. To produce 1,000,000 litres, as this article suggests, it would need to be filled 400 times. That's some pretty quick brewing.
It mentions 16 tanks. Perhaps there are 16 x 25 hectolitre tanks? That would give about 2 weeks per brew to get to 1 million litres.
Anyone know? Anyone care??
