Whatever management is doing they're not telling the shareholders. None of the large shareholders are selling, in fact they've contibuted substantially which makes it even more perplexing. These people must have an end game, but what it is I cannot even hazard a guess. They stand to lose substantially more than anyone else yet they don't appear to care if the share price evaporates. Perhaps they want a very low share price for reasons known only to themselves. I've been in waterdown positions (check LKOs' newly announced offer for an example) perhaps this is one ? Then there is the law of fiduciary duty.
