"Directors are not buying at these low levels.."
A few posters have mentioned this and i'll be happy to be corrected if i'm wrong.
Directors have to be cautious about when they buy or sell. Too close to a price sensitive announcement and they run the risk of insider trader accusations.
I would be more bothered if they were buying right now, which would probably indicate sweet FA was about to change in the near future.
