The problem is: this Board of directors plus the rest of the management is absolutely resistant against any good advice. What works great is the instinct to fill the own pockets.

It absolutely frustrates me to drive hundreds of miles to shareholder meetings, harvest a nice smile and some rhetorics, which pretty much all end in broken promises. The next one in these row of disasters will be the promise "We will stay below 500 mio shares". Dillution is around the corner.

What about that one: "Our goal is to lift ARU into the ASX200" Forgotten goal or broken promise? (That would probably ease some problems)

Or what is about Appendix 3b? What kind of signal is giving this one to the shareholders and possible investors:

Lets spell it out, it is a double signal:
* The management doesn't trust itself, it is weak and has barely a competitive goal, their own forecast is pretty weak.
* Also the management is telling the shareholders that every dollar spent will be worth less. Draw the graph, from $1,54 down to $0,70 - That signals ARU is a bad invest.

How should it look like?

That would send a clear message: We trust in ourselves, we trust in the project.

I don't wonder about the bad performance anymore. The communication skills are one of the worst ever seen. I don't even want to bragg about the Investorium Presentation (na, may be a little). I thought I'm in the wrong movie. This presentation reminded me of this typical American B-movie scenes in a Las Vegas bar, where a guy enters the stage and tries hard to humor the audience. Flat humor and no charisma. Not what real professionals want to waste their time for.

I really wish this management wouldn't be so arrogant and listen and learn. They have lost contact to reality or they hope tomorrow is a better day, or both. Both is not a winners attitude. Sorry.

I get the impression ARU is going to be the Australian Crowflight (today named CANickel - Canadian Nickel).
