I doubt it Peterd, this announcement is imminent, it was declared by the company it would be around 12 weeks away and that was about 12 weeks ago. So unless the director sells on this news, which i doubt it. It won't be seen as insider trading.
By the way i,m not expecting a big jump on this news, maybe 10 to 15% on the announcement and it will more than likely lose those gains quite quickly. As lot of nervous nellies won't want to take this all the way. Only the true believers will hold this one.
