Really curious to see if this acquisition will be the catalyst...

Really curious to see if this acquisition will be the catalyst which will enable the stock to exit its tight trading range of 1.60-2.00 $ since November 2019 (if you exclude a short period when it traded above 2 $).
There is still a part of mystery with this stock.

Also forgot to mention earlier that it is hinted in their presentation that they are expected to do more acquisitions.
