There are only 95 mil shares in issue.
So a $1.50 takeover is not such big money.
In the meantime, I think we will shortly get at least a 2c half year dividend , and a 2c final (unless there is a massive change in outlook).
If I'm right, the yield at the current price is 6.7%, compared to 2.25% base rates. 5c total dividend is not out of the question either.
