A long long time ago, almost as long ago as this ancient site was considered spiritual to the Hualapai, back in 2002, the BLM recognised the spring as eligible for the National Register for Historic places.

Now the Hualapai are taking the very same BLM to court.
Little do they know, or have forgotten, or maybe their arrogance precedes them, is that the BLM can reverse its eligibility.
