a simple thought

I was wondering why a few would continually question UNI and its future. I understand the past, heck I know a few that were apart of it and were very unhappy. But what I don't understand is what some think of the future of this emerging powerhouse and all that has been achieved so far. Even the people I know who are dubious at best can't discount what is now happening with the company, no matter what went on in the past.

The short and curlies of it all for me is that our CEO and Co didn't give up on the concept or innovation. They stuck to it when most would have tuck tail and run. This is very evident in the mining sector when one fails they just shut up shop and start another company. Not here, our CEO and Co kept plugging away and were working the world to come up with what I consider an absolute isolated event in Australian medical device business dealings, and as they (the media) have said biggest ever medical device deal done in Australia.

So I put this one question to the naysayers and doubters:

Q. Why is it that Sanofi Aventis (in all of its $billion glory and business acumen) sign with UNI and invest near on its equivalent market cap to set up the RTF if its destine to fail?

This is a simple question. Sanofi are a very smart and world leading outfit. If anyone thinks they know more than them please let us know, I doubt very much that Sanofi only know what we mortals do. I'd back my lefty that they have done far more research, investigation and due diligence than anyone here and they probably spent millions in doing so.

So the latest naysayers please knock yourself out and explain why you think that you are smarter and more educated on the medical device world than Sanofi Aventis, come on I dares ya:)
