this is what encourage the rorts and criminality of some service providers to thrive.
"I have banned two customers that use NDIS to pay for cctv systems.". .... NDIS covers goods and services that directly relate to the participant's disability. cctv is unlikely to fit such criteria. were these customers trying it on before the changes made to NDIS by the Lab mob?
