I agree with you in part.
The lack of clear communication and decisive action is a failing of snr mgt and the board.
In fact it's appalling and the only thing saving the board is shareholder apathy, which is often the case.
I made the call sometime ago for a big short (no broker would touch it due to sub 100m mkt cap) and would have made a fortune. I would not make that call today.
Always cut your dogs loose, however I'm not convinced that this company is one to set loose at the current time.
In saying this, I'm sitting on the side looking to buy but don't want to catch the falling knife!
