    A small concession of another couple of cents in franking credits. Wow ! Big deal. This is a terrible deal for long term shareholders. Selling out on a prospective PE of nearly single digit, and a fully franked yield approaching 10% ( and that does not include franking).

    Definitely won't be accepting this terrible bid.
