Two Irishmen, Paddy and Michael, were standing at the base of a flagpole, looking baffled. A blonde walked by and asked them what they were doing.
Paddy replies "We're supposed to be finding the length of this flagpole, but we didn't bring a ladder."
The blonde promptly removed an adjustable spanned from her bag, undid a few bolts at the base of the flagpole and laid the flagpole down. She then took a tape measure out from her same bag and ran it from one end of the flagpole to the other and announced to Paddy and Michael, "It's 9.5 metres long." put away the tape measure and then she walked off.
The two Irishmen looked at each other in bewilderment. Paddy says to Mick "Isn't that just like a blonde?" Mick replies" We need the bloody height, and she gives us the length."
