Do the words, ageism, sexism, nationalism, capitalism, socialism, communism, materialism, spiritualism, rationalism, radicalism, paternalism, maternalism, collectivism, theism, intellectualism etc, etc,etc comprise hatred (which in itself is of an uncertain definition)? Not by themselves as words but their application. The words on their own refer to, allude to or pertain to their core root, thus: ageism simply means anything which has to do with age, sexism, anything to do with gender, nationalism, with a nation, capitalism, with capital communism, with the collective common, materialism, with material goods (rather than spiritual, mental or intellectual matters) etc None of these words has a moral value attached to it. When it does then it becomes a matter of preference or bias and thus it might be regarded as derogatory, containing hate or, its opposite, love: I love my country so much that I prefer to kill anyone who says my country is no good. (Nationalist bias)
Encarta provides one definition, the weakest possible, in my estimation. Check out the main OED, Cambridge, MacQuarie, NZ dict'y and other dictionaries AROUND the world. Then check out dictionaries specialising in Philosophy, anthropology, psychology, sociology, religion, ancient studies, etc, etc, etc!
Jazz, you are, of course, entitled to your opinion and view. No one is saying anything to the contrary. If you're consistent is using the any word ending with -ism as something comprising "hate" then people would know what you mean but when you begin to use one "-ism" with "hate" and another as moral-neutral then you might need to explain that when you're using each and every one of those words.
There are people of course who use the word de-fuctoly! LOL
When one has a need to explain the meaning of a word, one would do well to check out its etymology for a little while.
"Disagreement," unless your name's yak, doen't mean hateism.
