Absolutely yak. So that's why you don't think you're being racist! Ok, I understand now. Being racist means treating a whole race as one single endity in which everyone in that race is presumed to possess all the attributes it is given by the user. Even a statement like "asians have black hair" is racist, though there is no prima facie derogatory use of this statement. Whenever one uses the word "race" to depict a people which is diverse in nature and -if one is to asume that NO TWO people are alike- qualifies that statement by a bad or good attribute then that person is being racist. In other words, by saying "the best soldiers on earth are the aussies" one is being racist, though if it is said by an aussie then that makes him a chauvinist. But yeah, whenever a whole race is included, no matter what the reason, that is racism.
