Just a mind game:
For a JV we need the value of our soil. Currently not possible to determine.
If you do the business in several steps, it would be possible.
The first step is a JV with the current MRE.
The basis is only the category indicated 0 to 370 below.
Then DEG has 3 or 5 years to drill.
After that in a second step, the new (indicated) OZ will be integrated into the JV (with a new deal/conditions).
So the unknown potential could get its value for us.
Only for the Greater Hemi region, located within a 15km radius of Hemi.
