Approximately 18months ago I had a conversation at a refinery with a bloke that I noticed was wearing a Degrey shirt.
I told him I had bought a few thousand shares in my super fund. He said to me, well hang onto those cause the word on site up there is they will hit $11 one day cause they got that much gold they don't know where to put the bloody plant!!
This is not intended as investing advice. My average is only $1.11. I do think about what he said during the down times though. So it's a set an forget for me!!
