TJ what a load of rubbish.
Although you are right, APG will not say anything or very little on the case for the following reasons:
1) it will take two years
2) business as usual, build the plant and do deals.
3) They cannot report odds and sods of a case to the market.
IT IS SIMPLE>>>>
The court cases will play out over two years and in two years they will get a decision which will be reported to the market.
So evryone needs to put the case behind them and look forward to the commissioning of the plant aqnd deals to follow.
