Once the TOL has been issued, it then goes back to MOSTI who will verify it is indeed a temporary license and not a permanent one. He may need to form a committee to debate the temporary status of the license. The committee will report their findings to MOSTI when he returns from an official business trip to the Cayman Islands. He hasn't specified a date for his return but he said it will be soon.
