The media reports have quoted the Minister as saying on 22 May “I have to make the decision as soon as possible, within two weeks.".
Most media reports since that time (including Lynas itself) have said that the decision would be made IN 2 weeks time.
There is a mountain of difference between making a decision WITHIN 2 weeks time and making a decision IN 2 weeks time...
