If you are not familiar with plans to export brown coal from Vic please look closely at all above links.
At this point in time with brown coal about to become the focus of the Vic Gov's push to become a serious resource exporter hoping to match the likes of WA, QLD & NSW, the following snippet from the ECT website sums up why Mantle IMO is the safest long term bet of any spec BC related stocks on the market.
It doesn't matter which brown coal upgrading tech's make the grade and launch the Vic Brown Coal Pilbara, the resource will increase dramatically in value if any one of the many vying for projects in the LV get off the ground IMO.
Due to the uncertainty surrounding brown coals viability, Mantle is currently close to historic lows.

"What will Drive Coldry Adoption?
Economic Security
•Re-valuation of brown coal reserves based on enhanced energy value of upgraded lignite"
IMO news on the Vic Gov's Brown Coal plans is iminent.
Above all IMO & DYOR
