Excuse me 4 being a bit of a realist, but atm all we have is Thai media reports that have been picked up & interpreted by a person with good intention & appears to have massive integrity (keep up the good work & thanks). Nothing solid on the negotiation front has been announced by KCN, except that they are open to negotiate. Speculation that the TAFT ruling will fall KCN's way, seems to have good rational argument, but its still just that. I agree somethings up...the solid SP movement indicates it. NE also in the equation needs $'s thrown at it to production, so I believe it's not influencing the SP atm. I definitely don't conceptualise a Disallowed from here as u originally stated, lots more H2O under the bridge to get there IMO.
