we have appointed Clifford Chance as legal adviser from 2015 just after temporary suspension which is lot earlier than Uncle TU’s actioned. If it was required than they would have changed the corporate structure of Akara. Just imagine if we can increase our insurance cover from 20m to 200mill then we would have done other action too.
This is another stupidest thing spreading by Thai Media like they did few weeks ago about bribery allegations. Sometimes they does spread bad news so that shareholders sell stock and rich can buy them before sugar crash happen.
