the very few VXR HC's don't seem happy with this deal either. For different reasons though.

I remember an early interview with BB where he mentioned that if he wasn't in mining he would have been an accountant because he has an interest in numbers. Basically was underscoring that deals need to be financially viable.

I still have faith that the deal makes sense in this market, may not be the best deal in the market, but it should be profitable, and so far it's only cost maybe 4 to 6 weeks of NST's cash flow.

In retrospect the signs were there that management were moving away from gold, hopefully all those shareholders who wanted a simple pure gold producer sell and move on and we can see what happens from here onwards.
