You are absolutely right. An excellent observation. I am very impressed and encouraged that the interest rate has not changed. Arrium's CFO is excellent and done an outstanding job since he took over.

So I think a takeover is certainly possible.

I also think Mining Consumables could be sold for 10X EBITDA = $1,850m by an acquirer.

So Debt is gone and you have 13Mt Iron Ore Production at high grade >59% and a steel business that will eventually make a significant EBIT profit when the currency and terms of trade realign.
