Buying 12% of GPT at an av Vol weighted price of 1.07 was a good price. The equity swap arrangement with Deutsche Bank ws of note IMO. Remember they bought strafebic stakes in Aevum Ltd and FKP Property recently too. One of the best in the sector.
I hold both and very firm.
