Looking back over the last two years, with a price dropping from 24c to 6c, I can understand why some would be disappointed. Actually I don't think anyone would be happy. However, over the last three months there has been a definite recovery in the price from 6c to 11c. Looking at the price chart alone, one can only conclude that AVB's fortunes and or management have improved.
That's my positive spin.
