The Senegal project has been years in the making for FAR and during that time the Senegalese Govt. have been extremely patient.
The Senegalese Govt. is planning on stimulating their poverty stricken economy through implementing large infrastructure projects.
Furthermore, they are focused on beating world oil prices through their own local oil exploration and IMO will be pressing the JV to fast track exploration.
