That is very true and for all of our sake I hope they do fast track this, but the license agreement is just that, an agreement so as long as FAR and possibly Shell are in line with that agreement I don't see how the goct could fast track it? Your thoughts?
By the way guys I do hope it is Sept, just keeping the discusiion balanced...
