Today's ASX announcement by ATV appears to be one of the final pieces in the puzzle, leading to substative development of the Touquoy gold mine, commencing in the second quarter of the year.

This has been a time consuming process, but the confidence must be there that, once the government has rubber stamped the vesting order, it's onwards and upwards for ATV.

No doubt they have financing options in place, that can be executed as soon as the titles are vested.

Remember that Touquoy will provide excellent profitable cash flow for ATV, which in turn will allow them to proceed towards their ultimate goal of becoming a large gold producer in coming years.
