i think they probably have plans to develop their products elsewhere and they are not giving us the details.
My memory recalls from the last quarterly that they said they had enough funds for their Chinese operation at present.
Perhaps they want to set up a lab in the USA.
It is a mystery to me as well, but we do know 6.4 Mil of the funds will be used to repay loan with Lind and CS. Only 8.7mil will be used for working capital purposes.
Have to wait and see.
