Great post Martin288... I agree with you and your insight !! Am not 100% sure myself about the latest finance deal ie; the interest rate and its associated credit notes. Also, i don't think they needed to make a $10mil acquisition of a so called existing company. IMHO, could have used those funds to focus on company growth rather than purchasing "not much" revenue.
I will continue to hold and happy to be proven wrong.
