Although I agree with you Martin that the future does look brighter, sometime i feel we should not be too critical of the past.

James Tsiolis freely stated at the beginning of his tenure that the greatest challenge he faced was the company's lack of capital.

At that time the company was a failure. It had done its best to sign up a deal with Telstra, but the mechanics of the deal were not well based and it could not sell its products elsewhere.

The company was virtually broke, had no revenue and yet had a great product with no money to develop it further.

In these circumstance you can not approach the Commonwealth bank and ask for a mortgage. You have no assets to secure a loan and no revenue stream to meet repayments. They would laugh at you.You have no other choice other than to seek help from the sharks. The alternative is death.

You are skint and you do not have the money to appoint experienced financial advisors, They do not work for nothing. The company is run on the smell of an oily rag in the hope that one day the company will be sufficiently profitable to take it to the next level.

Well I believe that day is coming soon and I understand that times have been tough with the financiers that have been used in the past, but I can see light at the end of the tunnel and I hold no grudge against management for some of the decisions they have had to make in the past. Instead I am grateful to hold an investment that has so much potential.
