    In this case, its not the buy orders being generated by the bot, its the sell orders. Hence it is a broker unloading stock.

    Hardly worth the effort in this case, 14 shares per minute equates to around 5,000 for a full day. Easy to sell more than that in one trade without any impact on the market.
