I have held IIG or it's namesake for so many years I can no longer remember all the incarnations it's been through. From memory it started as a company riding the digital photography boom, or potential boom. I remember buying my first digital cameras through the co at mates rates ( correct me if I have the wrong Co). Then they got into photo libraries. Then they bought and sold all sorts of other ventures. They changed names incessantly. Then it all got too hard. they sold the only money making venture they had and there was a capital return. And then a new prospectus, capital raising, and more promises. The prospectus was a doosey. It proposed buying back all or some of the business names of the enterprises that had been sold and restarting them all again. These were all losing money it seems. I was flabbergasted, personally. But the crunch for me was that they also proposed to vote themselves millions of director incentive options and shares. This, a Co that had absolutely nothing - no business, no money to speak of, and seemingly a bunch of dicc head directors. But lets face it - you only need to start a rumour, and the shares go up half a cent , and they are all in the money by mills x 5. So for my money, although I still have a couple of thou, after the odd recap, I rate them a big no no; a big no no. But who knows - lot's of companies have followed the Phoenix rising. This Co however, has a very very poor record. I mean very poor.
But the very best of luck if you want to follow them. And I'm happy to change tack if someone can convince me. But don't be fooled by large volumes. They were, after all, a good deal less than a cent when it all started. After that it was a case of flies on the carrion.
And again, after all these years, if I have had a mental lapse, please let me know.
