Hi Flatchat, I cannot explain exactly what is going on(being a simple kind of Kiwi investor)However I did notice the accumulation that was evident. I presume a canny investor is wanting to be ready for an expected rerating following an uley joint venture agreement.
It shouldn't be too long before a partnership is announced and prep's for production start.
