re: a strong buy now ? Thanks for the input Nous!

The theme I would put is that worldwide interest - financial and other - means that external pressure is very strong - aimed at ensuring law and order and continued move to democratic government and continued effort to eliminate corruption, especially at the government level.

This will be close to an overwhelming force.

We understand the deplorable past.
We understand the difficulties now.

However the time has come for all parties to realise prosperity depends on proper government.
I believe this is happening.
Not withstanding the residule of persons/groups who profited through corruption and force in the past and will resist the change to democracy and propriety.

Great progress has occurred.
More is required - and on the way I believe.
