I fully accept that one should accept a discounted price to allow for field development costs ( and risk ) etc. I have no argument there .
But , given all the coring , the gas shows , the permeability tests , the gas contents , the initial water flows and all the rest of the data there is no way that this discount is acceptable in my view. We have to also take into consideration STO's significant expertise in not only the Gunnedah but the industry in general.
Now , queue some rubbish poetic response from DB trying to convince us that we are wasting our time.
