    And as I said many times....The reserves upgrade which
    was DELAYED 4 TIMES...was the writing on the wall
    GREAT COVERUP DC... how many investors fell for that?

    They would have spend the last 12 months waving the white flag to STO to take them over...last resort with no bargaining power
