    On reading the IER I got the feeling that there was a degree of unease in there - sure, they support the caretaker's recommendation but maybe it is just me but I think they might be having a concern or two about the whole thing - deep down.

    I might be wrong but me instincts told me that as I was reading / scanning.

    But...they did sing the caretaker's song.
