Dear Forum members: Let"s have a little bit more + approach, because: 1) Mak is still going concern and not almost dead as some speak about it. 2) BFS is + 3) Management is in discussion to make an off take or partnering deal 4) Inspite of all delays, for which I blame management as well, they are still on track to fullfill their obligations and production will start within a few Q's 5) RP is improving
There can only be 2 reasons for us being so - 1) SP is all time low, se we are all frustrated and angry 2) Dillution?
Remaining - on this forum does not improve the SP at all !!
Dilution, I can imagine management will do its utmost to avoid to much dilution , because their finances are at stake in the first place, in other words ""As the Directors hold over 12% of the equity I can think of no better alignment for shareholders for the senior management to limit the dilution in the projects development"
The report showed there is a huge upwards potential, maybe the 2 listings will bring bid and ask also in better shape!
