Hi Raks,
LOL I did my bit for the team yesterday with the heads. I have ideally striven to keep a 50/50 balance between heads and ops. But the ops gravy train has been just to appealing thus far and my ops do outweigh my heads by 1.375 to 1.
Should i come across some more spare ccash I will try to further even up the score.
